13 month old not eating

My son has not been eating much lately. He's only drinking whole milk all day. I offer him all kinds of food and he just screams. He may be teething becaus he had a fever yesterday but this has been going on for about a week. Since he isn't eating and only wants his bottle should I just give him a toddler milk drink like enfamil? He isn't getting much nutrients from just the regular while cows milk so maybe something more will help him get what he needs.
