I wouldn't say it excruciating but it's very uncomfortable and slightly painful the first time. I had not done oral before I lost my virginity. And I lost it at age 14 but I wish I waited longer.

There's was absolutely no discomfort for me, which was pretty surprising because I thought it would hurt at least a little.
