Implantation bleeding or period?

I have PCOS and haven't had a period naturally in so long, I was recently prescribed Provera and I had a period from June 4-11. Since the 19th of the month (no clue when I ovulated) my husband and I have started TTC. I have gotten a few very faint positives on pregnancy tests, but this morning I noticed some light colored blood mixed with lots of sticky discharge. It stopped through the day but I noticed a little more this evening and it stopped again. It's always mixed with lots of discharge. I also haven't had a period naturally on a normal schedule in so long that I would be shocked if that's what this is. I also did not have implantation with my first pregnancy so I'm very confused. Any thoughts/tips/insight are appreciated! Thanks ladies 😊
