I just got home from my 12 week appt and there was no heartbeat.  I'm taking misoprotol to start the miscarriage process. I'm still in disbelief this is happening.  Can anyone tell me what to expect with this medication and how long it may take to pass?? The dr and nurses rushed me out I think due to the holiday and I feel so lost
