periods after egg retrieval

Hi just wanted to ask how was ur periods after egg retrieval as i will be doing frozen ivf. I normally get bad cramps when i get periods and its spotting for a fre hours and than normal proper bleeding. Now i got my period yesterday without any pain and i am still spotting and its not red its brownish even thiugh its my 2nd day. Sorry for the tmi. But just wanted to take it off ny head.
