husband wants to drink and drive

Anyways, I still told him no. We have a lot of driving to do and he wants to drink it before driving. It would only be a few beers but I don't care. Our one year old daughter will be in the car with us, and it's the 4th, cops will be everywhere! I cannot drive yet. His mom was really excited for us to come over but now I'm considering having him drop me and my daughter off at my dads and he can do it alone because I won't do that. He said he will only drink a few but I don't want to risk it. I'm especially mad because I already told him no. AND he told his mom to get it because "she's driving" I can't drive! He lied to her. Ugh.
