Periods and pregnancy

I have had a baby 4 months ago and had a period before this one and it was a normal period maybe a little havier but this time around it's different my moods have been awful been really emotional all time really snappy and it last 2 maybe 3 days longer the it normal would i had one heavy ish day and it been really light. Could I be pregnant
