Update* it was a 2nd ectopic pregnancy. 💔😥

So I have a history of ectopic pregnancy and lost my left tube in 2015. Haven't been able to get pregnant since until this Fathers Day, 6/18. I would have been 6 weeks today, but my OB is telling me that due to cramping, bleeding and an abnormally slow rising Hcg she doesn't think the pregnancy will be viable and she is suggesting I get a methotrexate injection to end the pregnancy. She says there is a chance it will be ectopic again. I had an ultrasound last fri and they didn't see anything in my uterus, mind you I was barely 5 weeks. But they found a 1cm mass on my ovary, she couldn't say what it was tho. Could it be a cyst or the start of a baby forming there, nobody knows. So just seeing if you guys have opinions for me. Hcg was 615 last Wednesday, 792 Friday and 956 yesterday. I'm afraid to force my body to miscarry if hcg rising. I'm no expert but my gut and heart don't want to end it quite yet 😥
