Tylenol or Ibuprofen?!?

My OB never mentioned anything about changing pain meds until I suspect pregnancy or get a postive at home test. Curious what you ladies do for headaches while TTC?!? I know you can't take ibuprofen while pregnant but do you stop completely while TTC in case or wait until you might have some supsicion about pregnancy or postive test? Asking because I happen to have a headache that won't go away!
