Pregnancy test? Confused

I had a light positive yesterday so I got a blood test last night and the doctor from the hospital called me this morning and told me the test said negative but I still think I'm pregnant because I didn't really have a period this month and I took a test this morning and it had a darker line then the one I took yesterday

You took the test apart... It's invalid.

The line is there! Who cares if you took the test apart, it's not going to make a line magically appear and you just said the line was already there. Test again in the morning and see if it's still there! I totally see it though. It's pretty dark too!
