TMI! is this a miscarriage?

I'm currently on vacation and the last few days I've had light pinkish spotting and cramping, this morning the pain was unbearable that I took 4 painkillers, later on the the day I felt as if something come out so I went to check and this is what I found, it was a lot bigger in real life. Is this a miscarriage?

I agree with everyone above only way to know for certain is to go to the ER. You could probably take a HPT and get a positive to know as well. My miscarriage took 8 weeks to get a negative.

Have you tested positive for pregnancy? It could just be your period if you haven't. If you have, I suggest contacting your doctor.
