Is this Normal??

So lately I've been noticing that my almost 2 year old son wants to be naked. He would wear his clothes but then in an hour or two he comes crying to me pulling at his shirt and pants..so I thought something was hurting him, I take off his shirt and pants then he wants me to take off his diaper next and when I said no he starts crying and telling me pee pee. So I thought he wanted to go pee in the toilet (since I been trying to potty train him a bit) I take off his diaper and sit him down to go pee but he doesn't he just wanted to be naked around the house. He has been doing this for the past two days. And it's getting harder to put his clothes on because he starts to full on cry and scream like he has this really loud ass yell that the only thing I think about is leaving him inside his crib and shutting the door until he calms down.  I'm just wondering if any of you ladies went through this stage with your child?
