How many of you have started baby food at 4-5 months? How did they do? How often? How much?

I started my son at 4 months with mashed organic bananas and mashed organic apples make sure to bake the apples first I also drizzled down coconut oil on them n around 6-9 months started sprinkling cinnamon on them also,started with these  just so he could get used to a solid texture, nd u dont wanna do too many foods at once in case n alergy u will need to know what theyre reacting from i wouldn't buy anything from the store unless its organic . Homemade is always the best !

This is a great question for your pediatrician! Some won't recommend solids until 6mo. Others will say to let the baby decide after 4mo. It depends on your baby! :)

Agreed, mine gave the ok at 4 months bc of her head control. Every doctor is different: I'd check with them.
