doctor told me to only eat it heated because listeria amounts that you may not even notice or have symptoms from, can effect the baby since they are so small and fragile. She said to be safe just heat it up :)

As long as it's fresh cut you're fine. I stay in Jimmy Johns and jersey mikes. Was told to avoid subway and no I don't heat it up
