Is it wrong to tie my tubes without telling my partner?

I'm 21, two kids & have been with their dad for almost 3 years. Lately I have been thinking I do not want anymore children after what my body looks like after the first two.. I had mentioned this before I even had my second baby and my SO had made it seem like he didn't want me to do it.. would I be wrong if I just went and had the procedure done? We aren't married so idk what to do is it wrong of me?
