I got my period about two years ago (Im 14) and up till about 8 months ago it was always very regular. 8 months ago I moved countries and my period just kind of went crazy for a bit. My cycle started being about 7 days shorter and my period started lasting 3 days when it used to last 6 (I also started bleeding a lot less). At first I thought it was the stress and the whole change of environment, but I thought it would go back to normal (which it hasn't done). I know that during the first years your period can go through a lot of changes, but I'm a bit worried because it used to be extremely regular. Is this normal? Should I expect it to go back to normal? I also started masturbating recently. Could that have anything to do with it?
