I've been eating cold cuts majority of the pregnancy.... 33 weeks and baby is growing big and healthy :)

I've heard that the lunch meat that is cut fresh in the store is more apt t carry literia because it is exposed to the air a lot, but I'm not an expert. I've also heard that lunch meat isn't even a major cause forblusteria as opposed to other things now. But again, not an expert!

I heat lunch meat in a skillet and make my sandwich but that's not exactly cold.

I have it and everything is fine. But if you're really worried try somewhere like Firehouse Subs that steams the meat first. 🙂

I'm not a deli meat person but while preg a friend was eating a turkey sandwich and I never wanted one so bad in my life and I hate turkey 🤷🏻‍♀️
