Nexplanon

I'm supposed to be getting the implant next month.... I was curious to how you guys like it? The biggest concern is weight gain, has anyone had one that was noticeable, and if so was it in the face or stomach area (my friend had one but it was in the boobs and butt only).... I'm super nervous so please just leave anything you don't or do like about it.
