Love? Or lust?

Is love naturally, or does it take time? Like can you just love someone instantly? Or do you have to build and grow with that person to love then.

My personal opinion is that you cannot love a person instantly. You don't even know who they are! How can you possibly have true love for a person that you don't even know their personality yet? That feeling of being in love at first sight is actually called infatuation. Real honest and true love comes when you know all there is to know about a person (and you learn that continually all through your life with them) and you still choose to love them and accept them for exactly who they are.

I meet my fiance 6 and a half years ago at work. The first day i saw him i told someone im going to marry him one day! (I was totally against marriage up until that point) we were friends for a little over a year and in december we will be together for 6 years!
