Finally didn't QUIT!

In the past I have always struggled with giving up and quitting workout routines. I quit every single time because it was just too much work. Well I have finally been on the same routine for six weeks!! I know that's not a long time especially for the people who live in the gym but six weeks is five weeks longer than I've ever made it! I'm finally seeing some definition in my leg muscles. I still have some tummy pooching problems but I know that it is because I haven't 100% nailed down the food aspect of this yet but I'm working on it. Just know that you can do it! My sisters were never a help to me, they tore me down and laughed every time I started a new routine and said that I would just quit the next week and it hurt because I believed them and I did quit. Don't let people bring you down. There are so many things in life I didn't do because my family told me I couldn't, or I'd just quit because I didn't have the willpower. Well you know what? I'm not believing that anymore. If you need encouragement in something - post it here! No more not believing in ourself. Come on people, we can do this!  Also sorry for the weird photo, I just took it at work when I realized I was making progress! The scale may not say it but the mirror does 🙌🏻
