needing advice!!!

Was at the dr Monday done the NST was having contractions they done a weight scan and so on told me if my contractions are consistent and last and hour to call. This is baby 3 for me been having pains for the past hour it don't feel like contractions it hurts really bad for a split second then relives. Had one dizzy spell when I went to pick my 1 year old up and seen black dots everywhere. I'm resting now and drinking ice water
