cramping?

I'm 32 weeks and my legs are cramping SOOO bad like if I was gonna get my period.. did anybody else expirence this?

Another thing you can do for cramps is drink some pickle juice. It's what my coaches would give for Charlie horses during a practice or game.

Yep I had terrible cramping from my hips right through to my feet. I started taking magnesium and it has disappeared. They would throw me out of bed at night! Was so painful

Yes drink water you're probably dehydrated if it gets too unbearable call the ER and ask if you should go in. Make sure you mention it to your doctor too
