What works when TTC with PCOS 😒

I'm going on 3 years soon! I'm going craaaaazzzzy! Anyone had a successful product or anything they wanna tell me lol please! I'll take all the advice I can get ❤️

After a couple of years of trying/not preventing anything I went to the doctor. They say, depending on your age, if you are under 30 if you have trouble after a year go to the OB and over 30 it's 6 months of no luck then you go. I have pretty bad PCOS and hypothyroidism and it still took almost another 2 years to conceive with the help of my OB and a specialist. We tried just pills for about a year and then she sent me to a specialist out of town. I did gonal-f injections with pills and on the 2nd round I conceived twins. Ended up losing that set (pretty sure my lining wasn't thick enough and the eggs could've been thicker) and then got pregnant again with another set of twins about a month and a half after losing the first set. 23 weeks and 3 days now and expecting in October!
