It has been 120 days since I had a period. Then on day 121 I spotted, so yay! Im starting right? Wrong! For two days now I spot only when I wipe, otherwise nothing. Ideas?

Change your diet.

No gluten, trans fat, sugar, dairy, caffeine, or alcohol.

Lots of water.

And vitex every morning.

You need to regulate your hormones. It will take a few months, but your periods will start to regulate.

Prescription drugs aren't guaranteed to work. Most fertility issues can be fixed with diet change.

I've been like that. My last cycle without medication went more like 160 days or something. I went to my obgyn and she put me on progesterone and clomid because she thinks I'm not ovulating on my own.
