Anyone else who sleeps bad at 7 weeks?

I always wake up after a few hours of sleep and when I get up to go to the toilet I feel nauceous and can't fall asleep anymore! I'm so tired🙁!

I wake up constantly, move around until I'm cozy again and fall back to sleep....like 6 to 8 times a night!!! 😴😴

My doctor has told me to take 1/2 unisom tablet and a vitamin B-6 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. It has prevented me from waking up in the middle of the night nauseous and has kept my morning sickness at bay too! So thankful she told me about this!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

I'm 8 wks today and haven't been sleeping very well recently!
Woke up last night with extreme nausea but did manage to get back to sleep, but then had some really weird dreams!

6w5d and I'm exhausted, so tired during the day but can't nap, then at night I'll just keep waking up constantly! It's a little annoying as I can't sleep in since work starts at 7am, normally joined with morning sickness 😏

Yes.. I wake up consistently between 2-4am and an up for an hour and never really fall back into a deep sleep. It's awful! 😴 7 weeks here too

I've been sleeping an average of 4 hours a night, then 2-3 hour nap during the day. I'm exhausted. I've always been a troubled sleeper so before getting pregnant I was on Ambien. I can't take that now. Worst sleep ever now. Hopefully it will calm down as hormones even out. But I'm going to talk to my doctor about it on my next appointment in a couple of weeks.

I think pregnancy just prepares you for the lack of sleep you'll get as a mom. I slept horrible my whole first pregnancy. I'd wake up at 3a and couldn't go back to sleep for hours. Still happens to this day and my son is 10.5 months.
