I have lost over 20 pounds !!! And I am very happy !!!! I want to encourage all of you beautiful woman that no matter what you can do it !!  I used to put myself down and say I will stay unhealthy forever I won't ever look good in anything etc ! I don't look as great as I'd want to but it's a start and I don't plan on stopping! I run 4 miles every day and jump rope ! Show me your beautiful self ! Fit or not !!!! We are all amazing 😉!!!!!!
