I've had both tubes damaged due to ectopic is IVF the option I need to pursue? What is IUI?

Ivf is only option I'm afraid. I have one tube removed due to ectopic and never get pregnant since so I am on ivf now, 3rd time. Let's hope this time is gonna work for me! Good luck

IVF is your only option. IUI is just them getting the speed into your uterus. You seem to lack the ability to get the egg to the sperm due to your damaged tubes.
