used a condom

so about 4 nights ago I had sex and he used a comdom and i've always used condoms and been fine. but this time i feel nauseous and my stomach hurts and i've been feel light headed. I saw him take off the comdom and it wasn't broken that i saw or felt. am i just freaking my self out?
