Plan b pill

My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex the June 26 ( I know our fault ) but we went to Walmart 20 minutes later and got the plan b and took it as we were walking out it's been ten days now July 6 and I started bleeding I know the pill isn't always really truly a plan b and spotting is a sign of pregnancy and also and side effect of the pill holy shit I'm freaking out
