When on the pill does anyone else get ovulation symptoms such as increased discharge and extremely sore boob that stick around untill you're period?

I have 12 days till my period and my boobs are sore and I have increased discharge.

I havnt had sex so I'm not pregnant.

Does this happen to anyone else? Is it possible to have ovulation symptoms on the pill even though you done ovulate?
