Hi guys so I need another form of contraceptive apart from condoms.

I have been to the doctors about the pill before and due to having a condition called Raynauds which affects my circulation, they refused to put me on the combined pill and instead I tried the mini pill.

However, whilst on this pill it affected my mood so bad and I was sad all the time and was worried this would develop into depression, as well as constantly spotting and developing really bad acne which made my mood worse.

I went back to the doctors and they gave me another from of the mini pill to see if that would help.

I was on each pill for 3 months so 6 months in total.

However, I decided to stop taking it after my skin was becoming horrendous and instead I went on an acne treatment and my skin is now clear.

I am tempted to try the mini pill again alongside my acne treatment but I'm worried. Also I am too scared to try any other method as I have a phobia of needles

Anyway my question to you guys is what has your experience with the mini pill been like? And if you experienced side affects, how long for?
