Pressure down there ?

I'm 30 weeks and baby is for sure Head down. Does anyone else feel a lot of pressure in your vagina and deep inside ? It's so weird !!!! It freaks me out.

I feel it! Sometimes it feels like she's ready to come out. I'm so nervous about preterm labour. She's already in head down position and I'm 32 weeks. I'm also having extreme pelvic girdle pain and it's really sucking right now. If you don't have pelvic girdle pain (basically pain in your ass) start doing kegels now if you haven't already! I didn't do them enough and now the muscles are too relaxed
