What natural remedy helped you get pregnant?

Question

I got pregnant but it turned out to be a Chemical Pregnancy so I took a month  off trying and now I want to try again.
So what products can I buy to help me get pregnant and make it stick? 
I know it's just luck usually but what helped you?

I used progressence plus oil (rolled on my neck) 
I used evening primrose oil (capsule 3x a day) for cervical mucus thickening. 
I took fish oil and prenatals.

I took prenatal vitamins, maca root, Vitex, a fertility supplement, and we also used preseed during my fertile window! He took selenium. 
We are both big on vitamins so on top of those I took my regular ones such as fish oil, b12, vitamin c, and my probiotic.
