Ever since I can remember, my period cramps have been insane. I literally can't do anything for a whole day and sometimes a day and a half. Nothing helps the pain. My periods also only last a max of 4 days. I lost my period for 2 years due to low body fat percentage but I have it now and it comes monthly. My boyfriend has also came inside me for the last year or so and I've never gotten pregnant. I know it can take some women years to get pregnant and my boyfriend is also on TRT so that could be a reason why I haven't gotten pregnant. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? I'm really hoping that losing my period didn't have a long term effect on my body and reproduction system 😞
