Difference between "leaking and discharge"??

Question

I don't know if I am leaking or if it is just normal discharge but I am like wet all the time lol. Tmi maybe but I don't mean it in that way. I am 37 weeks 2 days I'm not sure if I am leaking or if it's normal. My doctors have not checked my cervix yet either!!! I thought they do that by now? Please help lol.

Had this issue with 2nd pregnancy as well!
Amniotic water has a "sweet" smell...or no smell at all
Is totally clear!
Discharge is different...but can still be clear and not smelly!
Rushed to hospital 2 weeks ago ( at 37 weeks) because as I was sitting a gosh of fluid came out to wet not ony my pad, underwear but trousers as well!!
Changed- 15 mins later happenned again!
Hospital examined me and said it wasnt water...
Get it checked if u have an option.
