Ok so this is a rant.

I love in a 2 bedroom apartment with my hubby and our 2 month old son.

Our unit is downstairs.. we have a neighbor upstairs(on opposite side of our upstairs neighbor) who always yells and screams...

he is between 15-17 years old.. he's always home by himself cuz his moms always at work..

anyways he's always yelling at random times of the day. Sounds like maybe he's drunk or on drugs?? Idk but the noise he makes is disturbing af. It bothers me and all my other neighbors.. even our office people hear him yelling.. the yelling sounds like something bad is going on but he's the only one up there.. I try to ignore it but he just continues to make that yelling noise... idk what to do sometimes this happens at 12am today it happens at 9am . It's annoying af ... should I continue to ignore it ?
