Kyleena or Paraguard?

Question

Currently debating getting off the pill and getting the Paraguard IUD. My doctor also recommended I looked into Kyleena. 
Thoughts ???

I have paragaurd.. I've never heard of kyleena, but paragaurd is great and 100% hormone free!

I've had paragard twice and I will be getting it again after this pregnancy. I loved it. Never used any form of back up birth control with it and I had it for a total of 8 years... While married and having otherwise unprotected sex 3 or 4 times a week.... When we decided it was time for kids I had it removed and got pregnant the first cycle without it the first time. The second time I had it I had developed PCOS issues that prevented me from ovulating and delayed the TTC process... But that had nothing to do with the IUD.
