What NOT to do in your 1st trimester?

What shouldn't I do in my first trimester? I'm  trying to avoid any birth effects and other health problems for my little one .

Smoke, drink, do drugs, take certain over the counter medicine. Start taking over the counter prenatal vitamins right away. Cut down on caffeine as they only want a max of 200mg a day

Also keep in mind that like 99% of the time if something happens it was nothing you did/didn't do. Try not to stress out too much.

The obvious stuff: don't do drugs, don't smoke, don't drink alcohol. Not so obvious to some people: avoid really strong cleaners (like Zep and the heavy duty stuff) and secondhand smoke.

Avoid medicine, avoid too much stress, not enough water, take prenatal vitamins, avoid alcohol and other drugs, avoid hot baths or showers, second hand smoke, lifting basically anything, working out or standing more than you would normally. Stuff like that
