My fiancé and I are not even married yet and have done counseling. It's not a red flag to reach out for help when you need help. Sometimes people don't know the best ways to communicate with one another or just need help understanding things from a third-party point of you. There is nothing wrong with that. Counseling is there to help you and you will benefit from it if you can be open and honest about what's going on in your marriage. I can't even tell you how much counseling has benefited my fiancé and I. It's like we've learned completely new Waze how to communicate with one another so that we understand one another and there are a lot less misunderstandings now. We also understand how to communicate our feelings and resolve issues without taking it overboard.

Better to go and not need it, then need it and not go. It really helped us. We need to go back over some other issues.

We went prior to getting married. We were on the outs and I told him thay if we dont go to counseling, then I'm leaving. Counseling has helped us tremendously! He even tells his friends how much it has opened his eyes and bettered our relationship. Highly recommend it!

I don't see anything wrong with going. You two need to fix the issues before they can't be fixed and the marriage ends. Wishing you luck girl!

If you need counseling I'd do it! Most people actually start before they even get married! I'm definitely going to do couple therapy with my bf when/if  we get engaged someday.. therapy  in general is just so helpful with handling and surviving life
