hCG Levels

I called my doctors office today to get my hCG levels! The nurse and I were talking and she said, "Oh! How many were you expecting?" In utter disbelief she tells me my levels are over 45,000 and she wants to schedule an ultrasound as soon as possible for a "Roll Call"! Is this real life?!? 🙈 She said my levels may be high, but she's expecting the ultrasound to show multiple! I'm currently 6 weeks 5 days, anyone with multiples or single pregnancies have any thoughts on these levels? First Time Mommy to be and am in shock! Thanks in advance!!!
