How many women on here read their bible every day of the week?

Wow! There are 15thousand plus people joined to this group. Only 63 people have bothered to vote. And of that 63 60% only try to read the bible as often as they can. Others don't even bother and 11% do read every day. Ladies we all need to make a pledge that every morning when we wake up before we get out of bed fully we read at least one scripture. If you can aim at one chapter.

Ladies. We need to be seeking God daily. Loving Him with our WHOLE hearts and minds and putting Him first! This is a commandment. All life is vanity and there are so many distractions in this world, but as believers we must obey our true calling in making God our everything. It's the only thing that truly matters.

Please remember to make your time with God enjoyable! I don't think the Lord wants us begrudgingly reading His word.  Reading out of obligation instead of awe,  love and relationship can make that bible life stale. It's not a matter about how much or how long... rather it is about desire. The Lord knows your heart. Come to Him because you over Him.

I had bad habit of not reading my Bible, even though I want (and know I should) read it every day. So I set out to read it every day for 52 days (along with some other things). I'm two weeks in almost and have yet to miss a day ☺️

I have the Bible app on my phone and have completed a ton of devotions. This has been a huge help in my life!
I'm a believer, I attend church as often as I can (bc of my job) and talk to God but I never could just open my bible and start reading. When I was little, there were these devotional guides for kids called Quest guides and a new one came out every month 😂 I would get SO EXCITED when my mom would buy me one. It gave you a daily devotion to to read in your bible and then had activities lol. My mom had the same thing for adults called Discovery Guides. So this is what I grew up with but I could never find them nowadays (they were in Lighthouse Christian Bookstores).
So the app, to me, is the same idea and I love it. I feel so fulfilled when I do this! I feel extra close with God whereas I didn't before.

I don't read the Bible like I should. I go to church twice a week, dedicated time post or prior to read the scripture that will be discussed. Although I don't read everyday... I pray everyday, I have my personal time with God. One of my goals is the do better with reading scripture.
