Chronic UTI?

For the past year & a half ive literally gotten 7 UTIs & 3 yeast infections. Idk what the fuck is happening & my doctor says nothing is wrong. How can i stop this?!? Does anybody get it this much?

I had constant utis 
Basically I stopped wearing underwear and i never got one again. Air that puss out haha 
Tight clothing got to go
Caffeine got to go
Sex with someone who you already had sex with will just pass it back to you. 
Try taking an apple cider vinegar bath
Pee as much as you can even if its a drop push that shit out and NEVER EVER HOLD IN YOUR PEE.
