Tips for getting protein?
Hi all,
I'm 9 weeks today and I am struggling so much with eating meat lately, so I know I'm not getting enough protein in my diet. Any recommendations? I have always had a hard time with dairy due to digestive issues, so yogurt and cottage cheese are pretty much out, too.
I know I need to try to eat healthy for my baby, but it's so hard when all I can tolerate are carbs. 😐
