Since no one else is going to say it I will. If a guy eats your out and then his breath smells it could very well be the vagina he was just eating for why his breath now smells and it didn't before. May not be the guys hygiene as much as it could very well be the women's

My guy has a medical problem that causes his mouth to stink even after he brushes his teeth. It took me a while to figure out wasn't just a hygiene problem. Like I went so far as to stand there with him when he brushed his teeth (I can't stand a nasty mouth). Finally after changing his tooth brush and tooth paste twice and adding a mouth wash that helps keep his mouth moist it's a lot better
