How to tell if pregnant on the pill?

I know that the periods that the placebo pills give you are fake ones and so it intrigued me and my boyfriend. How do you tell if you're pregnant on the pill when the periods it gives you are technically fake? Thanks in advance :)

I've done a bunch of research on this cuz I used to wonder the same thing. You'd still get pregnancy symptoms even on the pill, and that bleeding is different than a "real" period, but it's still your endometrium sheathing, so if you were pregnant it wouldn't sheath and you'd still not get your period. 
I know no one tells you this when you go on the pill!!! Luckily I've read if you are pregnant on the pill if you want the baby the pill shouldn't hurt it as long as you stop once you know

I dont think they're fake. They just aren't as much stuff that comes out. You most likely wouldn't get bleeding (or youd get spotting instead) if you were pregnant
