idk what's wrong with me

Every morning and throughout the night I get really bad cramps that cause me to go diarrhea and recently while I was sleeping I was hot and cold. I feel like shit, this has been a couple days now, have any of you experienced this and do you know what it is? (( I'll probs go to the doctor soon I just want to know if anyone else has experienced this ))
