I just want to cry

I'm so stressed out 😭😭😭 I just want to get my period already. I know I'm not pregnant. Me and my boyfriend don't have sex literally all we do is like genital rubbing and he's never cum near me. But today I woke up dizzy and I threw up. A few weeks ago I took a pregnancy test (2) both negative just to calm my nerves. I know my period is coming because my boobs hurt but now I'm just freaked out. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 idk what to do at this point
