So I started my period when I was 9 years old right? Well I have never skipped a period since I started it. I am 19 now and had surgery on May 31st. They had to take out my right ovary and fallopian tube as well an ovarian cyst that was the size of a watermelon and my appendix. I'm almost to my six week mark after surgery and I finally started my period. I know most women hate their period and all, but I'm so relieved to finally have my period. I guess because I have had it for so long that I can't imagine not having a period.
