Diaper bag necessities?

What kind of diaper bag is the best for a FTM? What things should I look for in a diaper bag? Any help would be great! I don't want anything too expensive. Something that'll hold the necessities, with extra room for random things too

In my experience , my son is 4 months and here is everything I bring 
1. Boogie wipes
2. Hand and face wipes 
3. Saline most
4. Nose suction ( he had reflux and so randomly milk would come out both his nose and mouth so I had to carry the suction everywhere I went ) 
5. At least 6 diapers 
6. Diaper bag organizer pouches or travel cubes ( extra baby clothes in case of accidents which happened to me a lot , pads and first aid stuff for baby )
7. Hand sanitizer 
8. Diaper dispenser 
9. Hand sanitizer 
10. Extra bib
11. Burp cloth 
12. Teething toy
13. Formula dispenser 
14. Water bottle 
15. My charger , phone , a pen
16. And 2 bottles 
17. And A&D; ointment ( for diaper rash and my new tattoo )

In my experience with kids you dont even need a diaper bag maybe just a small upscale on the purse its good to keep two bottles PDE filled with water and bring some formula for formula fed babies and its good to bring one outfit change and at least two diapers and some wipes bibs are a good idea too a lot of people just keep a couple toys on the car seat I'm only expecting my first but I've been around a lot of babies in the last couple years

I have the jujubes polka dot diaper bag and I like it bc i can wear it as a backpack or side bag or just carry it.  some may like it some may not, but it works for me and it's cute.  We don't bottle feed, but having side pouches for them or water bottles etc is nice, also pockets for your wallet key chapstick is nice too.  Enough room for diapers and wipes and extra onesie and pants..lol you never know.  I found for myself I only put in:

diapers
wipes
bags stinky diapers 
wallet, keys, and chapstick
water
hand sanitizer 
changing pad (most come with it)
extra clothes
maybe a small toy/teether
