Liam is 12 weeks old. Sleeps in a mamaroo for first half of night due to reflux. The mamroo remains by my head or my hubbys.

Anyhow,

We are a family of 6.

Me, hubby, 13 yr old son, 10 yr old son, 10 yr old daughter and now Liam (12 weeks)

We are in a 3 bedroom 2 story home (pretty large, but only 3 bedrooms)

Our boys share. Our daughter has her own.

The plan for when we came home from the hospital was to have Liam sleep in our room in his co sleeper.

Scratch that.

We got home, he cried all evening, hardly slept at night and we found ourselves downstairs most of the day and night. (Making bottles, giving reflux meds, walking the floor, etc.) We put him in his pack n play bassinet (has a changing station and a bassinet on top)

(That's how we found out he had reflux)

So, after a few weeks we bought the mamaroo and kept him in it downstairs in the dining room or living room (they're connected)

And then id sleep on the couch. And my husband would sleep in the bed and then we'd switch on and off every other night. Doing night duty.

Well... ... IM TIRED OF CARRYING BLANKETS AND PILLOWS AND PHONE CHARGERS ETC

BACK AND FORTH every morning / night.

I'm tired of sleeping on the couch and want to sleep in my bed. Every night!

So, tonight I had him bring up the mamaroo and set it by my bed

Then realized.....

...... Ugh! I'm still going to have to go back and forth for bottles and formula and his medicine and stuff.

How on earth can baby share a room with mama without turning the house upside down?!

I'm about ready to use the co sleeper as an upstairs changing table!! Lol. Idk what to keep in here vs downstairs. We have the pack n play down there for changing and naps. And now we have the co sleeper and mamaroo in our bedroom

We we're thinking about moving when he was a year old. Into a 4 bedroom

Idk if I'll make it that long.

All our kids always had their own rooms as babies and also had a one floor house.

It seems like we need two nurseries! One on each floor!

Ya need bibs in both places, diapers, clothes, binkies, gas drops, the diaper genie, etc etc

I know, I'm rambling.

My mind is exhausted. I can NOT grasp organization right now

How do you all organize/manage things if you share a room? Or if you have a two story home? Where do you keep everything? For when you need it?

I'm so tired of taking things back and forth to every room!
